Abilty to drill custom preflop ranges

Add the ability to drill custom preflop ranges with the trainer.

Please allow uploading preflop solutions from monker/HRC to drill them and then go directly postflop with the AI postflop solver using a preset betsize abstraction or multiple different abstractions based on positions/pot type.
