Filtering for actions updates filters & composition

Since the actions already update their frequencies when we use filters in study mode, I think it would be a nice idea to also do vice versa. When we filter for an action, the filters should also update. That way, once you filter for a specific action, we can see what the range composition is in equity buckets and hand classes, which I would find very useful.
