Adding folders

Add functionality for grouping via folders wherever applying tags is possible.

Could we get this implemented? Seems technically simple compared to the other things on the roadmap and could be a big timesaver for people with many solving parameters/ranges/solutions saved.

Would like to have folders in Drills section
