Option to keep preflop actions expanded at all resolutions

In the study mode, if we resize the window under 1024px width, the top bar with preflop actions will automatically collapse. And then pressing the “L” shortcut (which button disappears) will open a buggy drop down action menu overlay (the ^ button doesn’t work).
That’s not good for my tablet or on my desktop if i want the window to be at a minimum size possible and dont want to press extra buttons (^) all the time to go back to the range. I dont understand why it needs to be so little in a small resolution.
2 Easy fixes would be to :

• Keep the Expand/Collapse button in all resolutions, and fix the buggy drop down menu that appears when clicking on it under 1024px.
• Or give the option between the original expanded action top bar or the drop down menu.
