Stack size filters for MTT solutions

Option to filter multiple stack sizes by position at once in the sim library. This would allow for us to easily find the type of situation we are looking for.

For example. if we are 3betting from 32bb BB vs HJ against a player who comfortably covers us on the FT,we could filter:

BB: 30-35bb
HJ: 50+bb

We could also add more to make the situation even more accurate, such as BTN: 40bb+, so we know HJ is opening into a decent stack on the BTN.

Additionally, you could filter for AVG stack.
