Preflop solution with 1bb no sb

Hey I think this has to be such low priority that I will never see it simmed but I’ll still ask. On winamax (and probably other rooms as well) when a player leaves mid hand you end up with only a bb on the next hand. To be clear the pot is 1bb preflop : 1 bb, 0 sb. I’ve always wondered how it affects opening ranges and defending ranges, how much tigher do you have to be without the sb ?
