Show all draws (and blufs) (and remember settings in drill range viewer)

Now we have to select the draws every drill hand again, it should keep settings.

Also would like a button “blufs” in the range viewer while doing drills , so with one click we can see what the best blufs are, now we only have transhands and no made hands. (also remember this setting when selected)
