Change the display for Strategy in Compare Nodes, nodelocking

The compare nodes after nodelocking feature is great, but the visual interface for comparing the strategies is actually hard to read. Having bars diverge from the center rather than being shown from a common baseline makes it difficult to visually compare relevant differences.
