More sizings to lead with when SPR is big

Sometimes the bet size options seem way to limited. When SPR is deep it seems strange to me that the bet size is max 50% pot or AI 442% there should be bet sizes in between.

Solved in GTO+ with bigger donk sizes the bigger size will be used

Same is true when CO uses a small size which even makes the SPR bigger
