Improved Hotkey setup

Beeing able to setup Hotkeys more Individually.
If i want to use Hotkeys i cant get a setup where i have a fold, raise2, allin setup that has the button next to each other.
i want to be able to put bets on diffrent keys instead of 1-9.
i.e. y=fold, x=raise2, c=allin
