Add "Notes" to individual drills

Thought it’d be nice to note say a date and gto % of each drill, so I can look at one’s I’ve scored low in to revisit later.

Similar to tracking on a spreadsheet, but built-in GTO wizard.

Additionally built-in spot importance drills would be awesome custom to different formats like MTT’s, Spins, Cash, etc, but this is a little out of depth and perhaps I can add to a separate suggestion. The notes might be easier to implement.

To add, being able to see your past GTO % correct and Hands played for each drill would be awesome on the navigation pane included/pictured
