Report to Compare Cbet Frequencies by Formation

A Flop report that allows users to compare frequencies across many different formations on different board textures. For example, if I want to compare cbet frequencies for SB v BB, BTN v BB, and CO v BTN across the various board textures. This will allow users the ability to easily see how frequency, sizing, etc are impacted by the different formations (ranges, position, SPR, etc)
