Add a Secondary Marketplace for Custom Aggregate Reports

Right now, users spend credits to generate custom aggregate reports — but many users end up solving the same spots, wasting resources and creating little community value. Repeating the same reports across the user base doesn’t align with GTO Wizard’s vision of efficient, high-quality study.

I propose adding some sorts of a secondary marketplace where users can optionally list their custom reports for others to purchase or access for a reduced credit cost. This would:

Reduce redundant solving of identical spots.
Allow creators to earn back some value from reports they’ve funded.
Make high-quality reports more affordable for newer users.
Promote smarter use of credits and solver power.
