Display Absolute Range Percentages in Preflop grids

Currently, ranges in reports are displayed only as percentages relative to the previous action. However, it’s beneficial to have absolute percentage as well.

Relative % (as currently shown)
Absolute % (relative to the full hand range: 1326 combos or 100%).

This gives much clearer insight into range construction and makes it easier to interpret frequencies accurately, especially for preflop tree-building and off-tree decision making.
