Trainer Option to Have opponent never fold postflop

When trying to train over multiple streets it can be annoying when GTO often folds vs bets. Add an option that will only let GTO have hands that call/ raise and not fold.

For example if trying to study turns after cbetting flop, custom spot works ok but can give you very low frequency situations on turn when forced flop size is not used on given flop. Fix would be to start hand on flop cbet spot, but when villain folds regularly you waste a lot of time when it goes cbet - fold
