Suggestions preflop cash game live

(I can’t post in request so I’m posting here)
Hello, I have several questions about preflop.

1. Ranges to be added with specfique rake structure (5% cap 5bb, 5% cap 2.5bb, no rake, etc.).
2. Add nodlock option for preflop, I don’t know how feasible it is. Example players who 3b merged bb vs open raise, see what to call co vs bb merged 3b etc.

1. Seems like a waste of resources.
   There’s pretty much zero difference between 5% cap 5bb ranges and the 50nl ranges we already have (5% cap 4bb).
   No rake cash sims = ChipEV MTT sims.
2. We already have that suggestion.
