Make copying ranges available for Full Height Frequencies instead of only normalised

For some nodes where hands arrive with below 100% frequency, the range copy function will copy those hands only with normalised frequencies and not with full height. Say, the action for a hand class is 50% call 50% fold but that hand class has arrived only at 50% at this node, the copied range will output (logically) the normalised call and fold frequencies of 25% call and 75% fold. For some use cases however, the unnormalised or the “full height” frequency is very useful so having that option for copy would be very helpful.
