Allow modifying bet sizes by line

Would be nice to be able to modify the tree using an “add/remove” lines syntax similar to PioSolver’s. I.e., if I want to add the option to use different turn sizes for OOP after check raising compared to the normal tree, might look something like:

Add Lines: Check, Bet, Raise, Call, Bet 2e

Currently this is doable but requires manually editing every possible combination of flop bet sizes for IP + xraise sizes for OOP in the tree editor to hit every line.
