I think it is pretty poor that when AI/Elite subscription came out, there were a wrath of promises of upgrades on the roapmap (including pre-flop nodelocks, that were of most interest to me), and were enticed in to take the early bird special now, and receive this as they are released. It has been multiple years, and no longer being on an early bird price, and when this upgrade is finally released, told we are not entitled to it, unless we upgrade again to another higher tier.
