Better preflop tree building for MW solver

Multiway solving is not too usable at the moment, as for a 9 handed sim all 3bet/4bet sizes must be manually edited. The preset sizes are semi-appropriate for 100bb anteless cash, but don’t work once antes are added or 3bet/stack sizes are modified.

I agree what we are getting for now isn’t worth a lot, i shall be downgrading next month. Just hope I still get to use my reports I bought with the credits from Ultra with Elite sub
