Multiple bet sizes per node in Preflop Fixed tree builder

Currently only possible to specify one size per each node and position, e.g. 2.5bb RFI size.

With this update you would be able to specify multiple, e.g. 2bb and 2.5bb open split, or multiple 3b sizes in a given node, just as you’re able to do by manually editing the tree.
