Additional hand class pair filters

Separate pocket pairs from pairs made with a board card in the hand-class filters. For example, on AK5, “Third Pair” currently groups 5x together with QQ–66, even though their strategies can be very different.

Ideally we could filter 5x specifically without including pocket pairs. This would make studying aggregate betting frequencies much faster.
